Temptations offers free shipping directly from our boutique. Orders ship via USPS and are delivered within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
You can return any eligible item within 10 days from the date the package was delivered.
You will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s) in the original form of payment. Return shipping charges will not be refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. Please put this number on the outside of your return package.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
If you would like to return the merchandise in person to our store, please see our store hours under the “contact us” section of the website.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Provided the item is in its original condition, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 5 days.
It may take additional days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
